Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hernarrativeco@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A brief description

We will review your request and do our best to make it right.

Sizing

All waist beads are extended size only (60 inches) and one-time adjustable. Please note: customers are responsible for trimming and tying their beads for a custom fit. We do not offer size exchanges.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before checkout.
