Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any postal delays. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Since our waist beads are custom-fit and personal items, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hernarrativeco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

4. Product Information

All of our waist beads are one-time adjustable, extended size only (60 inches), and designed to fit most body types. They are durable, shower-safe, and can withstand pulling. Our body oils are made with skin-safe ingredients, but we recommend patch testing before full use.

All content on this website—including product names, logos, designs, and copy—is the property of Her Narrative Co and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
